caveman
Caveman encoding for SPEC.md and spec-adjacent writes. Loaded by /spec, /build, /check. Cuts tokens ~75% vs prose while staying precise. Triggers on any write to SPEC.md or when user says "caveman", "compress this", "be brief".
Full skill instructions
Applies to SPEC.md writes, spec-referencing prose, backprop entries. Does NOT apply to code, error strings, commit messages, PR descriptions.
Prefer over words:

∃ exists / some
! must / required
? may / optional / unknown
⊥ never / forbidden / nil

§ section reference
Never compress:
src/auth/mw.go.Invariant:
V<n>: <subject> <relation> <condition>
V1: ∀ req → auth check before handler
V2: token expiry ≤ current_time → reject
Bug row (pipe table under §B):
id|date|cause|fix
B1|2026-04-20|token `<` not `≤`|V2
Task row (pipe table under §T):
id|status|task|cites
T3|x|add auth mw|V1,I.api
Status: x done, ~ wip, . todo. Escape literal | as \|.
Interface:
<kind>: <name> → <shape>
api: POST /x → 200 {id:string}
cmd: `foo bar <arg>` → stdout JSON
env: FOO_KEY ! set
Bad:
The system should ensure that every incoming request is properly authenticated before being forwarded to its corresponding handler function.
Good:
V1: ∀ req → auth check before handler
Bad:
We discovered that the token expiration check in the middleware was using a strict less-than comparison operator, which meant tokens were being rejected at the exact moment of their expiry.
Good:
B1: token
<not≤→ reject @ expiry boundary.
Bad:
The POST endpoint at /x accepts a JSON body and returns a 200 response with an object containing the created id.
Good:
api: POST /x → 200 {id}
If cutting a word loses a fact, keep it. Caveman is compression, not amputation.

Delegate code tasks to compressed subagents that shrink context by ~60% per delegation.
Real token usage and estimated savings metrics from your Claude Code session log.
Compress natural language memory files into caveman-speak to reduce input tokens.
Ultra-compressed communication mode. Cuts token usage ~75% by speaking like caveman while keeping full technical accuracy. Supports intensity levels: lite, full (default), ultra, wenyan-lite, wenyan-full, wenyan-ultra. Use when user says "caveman mode", "talk like caveman", "use caveman", "less tokens", "be brief", or invokes /caveman. Also auto-triggers when token efficiency is requested.

Calibrated grilling session for stress-testing a plan, design, idea, or decision. First assesses the user's topic knowledge, confidence, and desired pressure level, then asks one question at a time with recommended answers. Use when user says "grill me", "stress-test this", "challenge my plan", "interview me", or wants a plan probed without being overwhelmed.
Adversarial senior-engineer review for agent-generated plans, designs, and architectures. Treats the current output as junior work, constructs a senior reviewer whose domain expertise comes from live codebase research plus web research of current best practices, diagnoses altitude failures (too vague or too granular), then rewrites the plan into a scoped, state-of-the-art version. Use when the user says "junior to senior", "senior review", "review this like a staff engineer", when a plan feels hand-wavy or lost in details, or before committing to any agent-written plan.
Authoritative guide for implementing stunning, accessible, performant UI. Synthesizes design engineering philosophy, accessibility standards, animation principles, spatial design, typography, color systems, and component craft into a single actionable reference. Complements the design-system skill (which covers DESIGN.md spec writing) by covering the HOW of implementation. Trigger phrases: "build UI", "create component", "landing page", "make it look good", "frontend", "design", "polish UI", "implement design", "make it beautiful", "UI implementation", "component styling", "animation", "accessibility"
