Sparkle is an artificial intelligence tool designed to help users manage and organize their files automatically. This tool works by creating a unique folder system to sort out both new and old files into appropriate categories, focusing on Downloads, Desktop, and Documents folders, but with an option for users to add additional folders. Sparkle can work with both local folders and cloud storage folders. With Sparkle, three new subfolders are created; 'Recents' is where any files added to an organized folder go before being sorted, 'Manual Library' houses your pre-existing folders and any files or folders you don't want Sparkle to organize, and 'AI Library' organizes all your files going forward. The tool doesn't open, read, or download filesit uses file names to organize your files and ensure your information is used solely for organization. Sparkle is also built to automatically move files or folders into your 'Manual Library' when it organizes initially, and any files that users move back to the top-level organization are remembered by Sparkle and are ignored for future organization. This tool is suitable for anyone looking to automate their computer organization processes. Sparkle can organize any folder chosen by the user, offering a personalized experience based on user working behavior. It is currently available for Mac devices.
