The reasoning engine, functioning as agent backend, is responsible for planning, reasoning, and executing calls to your tools. The knowledge base, on the other hand, manages the documentation of your application, ensuring that it remains current and easily accessible. The system boasts compatibility with every major AI model including OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google. For an enhanced user experience, Pillar offers an immediate installation process along with an inherent MCP server ensuring automatic connection with Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, and other MCP clients. With Pillar, user actions are defined at the client-side using patterns, forms, and pre-existing CSS. The platform offers real-time operation by making use of the user's existing session and executing UI actions locally. Furthermore, the user has the ability to control and define what actions can be performed within the app, allowing Pillar to orchestrate accordingly.
