Magic ToDo is an advanced task-management application provided by GoblinTools. Beyond functioning as a standard todo list, Magic ToDo has unique features that facilitate task management. One such feature is its automation capability which suggests the necessary steps to complete a task. The user sets a 'spiciness level' to indicate how challenging they find a task to be. Based on this input, the tool will try to break down the task into a corresponding number of steps. With emoji-labeled categories, users can organize tasks and filter them for a tailored view. It offers functionalities to hide completed tasks and allows for the reordering of items. Each task comes with options to edit, remove, add subtasks, and estimate. To manage the entire task list, the tool offers actions like device synchronization, export options, undo, redo, and bulk actions. To ensure data consistency across devices, Magic ToDo has a cloud synchronization feature. Despite being experimental, the feature ensures that the list is encrypted on users devices, making the data unreadable to anyone without the correct credentials. The synchronization process might take several seconds. Importantly, Magic ToDo can be installed as a Web App or purchased via Android's Google Play Store and Apple's App Store, and its use contributes to keeping the GoblinTools website free and ad-free.
