About GMC Guard
GMC Guard audits an online store the way a cautious Google Merchant Center reviewer would. It looks for policy, trust, product, and identity gaps that often trigger misrepresentation suspensions, then turns those findings into a fix plan, a rescan, and an appeal pack before another review is submitted. The audit covers storefront and policy pages — home, product, refund, shipping, privacy, terms, about, and contact — plus business identity, product claims and offers, and whether the product feed matches the website on titles, prices, availability, and claims. Each run produces a trust score and a critical-issue list so it is clear whether the store is ready for re-review. Alongside the report, GMC Guard includes a risk calculator, a policy generator, an appeal letter builder, a product claim scanner, and a feed-versus-store checker. Shopify stores can connect so the auditor reads live policies, products, shipping zones, discounts, navigation, and markets. A read-only Google Merchant Center connection pulls live product flags, account status, and item-level issues from the Merchant API. Access can be revoked at any time, and the tool does not modify the Merchant Center account. Pro is a fix-and-monitor workflow rather than a one-time PDF: baseline audit, paste-ready fixes, mark-fixed tracking, rescan to confirm the score moved, appeal-pack export, weekly alerts, and a monthly protection report. Watch is the lighter plan once cleanup is done. Rescue adds a human review for a suspended or high-risk account, and Agency covers operators with five or more stores. GMC Guard also ships an MCP server (npx -y gmcguard-mcp-server) so Claude, Cursor, Zed, and Continue can run audits, read live flags, draft appeals, and manage monitoring from chat.
