About APPTRONIK Apollo

Apollo is a general-purpose humanoid robot built by Apptronik. Apollo was developed from Apptronik's experience in constructing over 10 previous robots, including NASA's Valkyrie robot. Designed for amiable interaction, mass manufacturability, high payloads, and safety, Apollo is set to play pivotal roles in warehouses and manufacturing plants. Apart from the initial operational areas, Apollo will extend its functionality to sectors like construction, oil and gas, electronics production, retail, home delivery, elder care, and more. To facilitate communication, LEDs are employed in its head, chest, and mouth. Apollo can be both stationary or mobile, as it has a modular design that allows it to mount on any mobility platform. Advanced force control architecture provides safe movement around humans, as the robot gets paused immediately when moving objects are detected. Its software suite enables point-and-click control for deploying a wide range of solutions into warehouse and manufacturing operations. With Apollo's human-like physical attributes, it can navigate human spaces and use human tools comfortably, making it an excellent solution for tasks that might be challenging or impossible for other types of robots.
