• Implement only what is in scope
• Follow project conventions

• Check against acceptance criteria
• Ensure no debug artifacts remain
• Confirm outputs are review-ready

5. Sync

• Update local state
• Prepare artifacts for downstream consumers (PRs, docs, tests)
