Knowledge Auto-Record

バグ修正・エラー解消・技術的知見をExocortexに自動記録するスキル。

自動トリガー条件

以下の状況では、ユーザーへの確認なしに自動的に記録する：

必ず記録する（自動実行）

バグを修正した時
エラーを解消した時
ビルドエラー・型エラーを解決した時
設定ミスを発見・修正した時
原因不明だった問題の原因を特定した時
試行錯誤の末に解決策を見つけた時

記録を検討する

「これは覚えておくべき」と感じるインサイトを得た時
同じミスを繰り返したくない失敗を経験した時
複雑な実装パターンを発見した時

検索すべき時

以前見たことがありそうなエラーに遭遇した時
過去に解決した類似の問題に取り組む時
設定方法を確認したい時

記録手順

1. 既存ナレッジの確認（省略可）

注意: バグ修正・エラー解消時は、確認なしで即座に記録する。

タイプ	使用場面
