チェック項目一覧
1. 事実・引用チェック
1.1 事実確認
- 記載された数値・統計が正確か
- 技術的な記述が正確か
- 最新の情報に基づいているか
1.2 引用文献の検証
- 引用された論文が実在するか（DOI、PubMedで確認）
- 著者名、年、雑誌名が正確か
- 引用内容が原文と一致しているか
検証方法：
WebSearchまたはWebFetchを使用して確認：
- DOI: https://doi.org/[DOI]
- PubMed: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/?term=[検索語]
2. 論理・整合性チェック
2.1 論理的な流れ
- 背景 → 課題 → 目的 の論理的つながり
- 「なぜこの研究が必要か」が明確か
- 飛躍した論理展開がないか
2.2 セクション間の整合性

3. 一貫性チェック
3.1 用語の統一
- 同じ概念に異なる用語を使っていないか
- 専門用語の表記揺れ（例: ゲノム/genome）
- 固有名詞の統一
3.2 略語
- 初出時に正式名称と略語を併記しているか
- 定義後は一貫して略語を使用しているか
- 一般的でない略語は説明があるか
3.3 文体の統一
- 「である」調 / 「です・ます」調の混在
- 能動態 / 受動態の一貫性
- 時制の統一

4.1 文字数制限

4.2 必須項目
- 全ての必須セクションが含まれているか
- 必須のチェックボックスが選択されているか
4.3 図表
- 図表番号が連続しているか（図1, 図2, ...）
- 本文中で参照されているか
- キャプションが適切か
5. 表現の改善
5.1 曖昧な表現
以下の表現を具体化する：
- 「など」「等」の多用 → 具体例を列挙
- 「〜と考えられる」「〜と思われる」 → 根拠を示す
- 「様々な」「多くの」 → 具体的な数値や例
5.2 冗長な表現
- 「〜することができる」→「〜できる」
- 「〜を行う」→ 動詞化
- 重複表現の削除
5.3 文法・構文
- 主語と述語の対応
- 修飾語の係り受け
- 句読点の適切な使用
5.4 わかりづらい表現
- 一文が長すぎないか（目安: 60文字以内）
- 専門用語の説明が必要か
- 因果関係が明確か
6. インパクト強化
6.1 新規性・独自性
- 「世界初」「独自」などの主張に根拠があるか
- 既存研究との差別化が明確か
- 技術的なブレークスルーが説明されているか
6.2 社会的意義
- 具体的なインパクトが示されているか
- 受益者が明確か
- 実用化への道筋が示されているか
6.3 競合優位性
- 競合技術/研究との比較があるか
- 優位性の根拠が示されているか
