Budget->Service->ServiceItem. - Sincronia de Status: Alterações no Orçamento devem disparar atualizações automáticas nos Serviços vinculados.
- Imutabilidade: Bloqueie edições em orçamentos com status
PENDING. - Regra de Conclusão: Um Orçamento só pode ser
COMPLETEDse todos os seus Serviços estiverem finalizados.
