- 複雜度：簡單提問 vs 多面向問題
2. 選擇 Agent（2-3 位）
選擇邏輯：
- Primary Agent：與主題最相關的專家
- Secondary Agent：不同類別的互補觀點
- Tertiary Agent（選用）：複雜議題加入第三視角

3. 生成回應
每位 Agent 的回應格式：
