Content-safety / guardrail model. Repackaged from Qwen/Qwen3Guard-Stream-4B (apache-2.0, Alibaba Qwen — Qwen3Guard). Not trained from scratch. Rebased off the prior Qwen2.5-3B base (non-commercial Qwen Research License) onto the Apache-2.0 Qwen3Guard for clean commercial use.
