This is a span-based model for named entity recognition (NER) and attribute classification (ATTR). The model is trained on the CXRGraph dataset.
This repo contains:
- An encoder fine-tuned based on microsoft/BiomedNLP-BiomedBERT-base-uncased-abstract-fulltext: pytorch_model.bin
- Components for NER and ATTR: model_classifiers.pth
- Model training log: train.log
