⚠️ This repository hosts an OLD version of the Fish3R project, kept for archival purposes only.
The demo videos here (

The paper and code of the current version will be released after peer review.
Weights in this repo (
model.pt,rec.pth,lora_depth_weights.pt) are the old v1.0 checkpoints.
