Prior: qweqwe_v18 demand=0.10 champion mix + pool-matched seasonal periods for Jul-19/20/21 snapshots (15/48/60/240/288). Hydro family kept in code (weight 0); first hydro/weather-weighted trial regressed on 07-19/20.
Speed: same numba AR/SETAR/chaotic/hold stack, _CHUNK=512, fixed L=4096, rff_gp K=24.
Quality: demand=0.10 + period menu matched to snapshot seasonal_period mass.
