Converts natural language into structured data:

• Tasks: "call mom tomorrow" → {"task": "call mom tomorrow"}
• Notes: "this book is great" → {"note": "this book is great", "tag": "personal"}
• Reflections: "feeling grateful today" → {"reflection": "feeling grateful today"}
