kern-kernels
Kernel packages for kern — a model-agnostic
GPU runtime where models ship as verified programs
(manifest.json + kernels.cubin + weights).
This repo is a kernel registry: each top-level directory is one kernel package — a curated interface, one or more compiled cubin artifacts, the source and build recipe that produced them, and provenance (what it replaces, how equivalence was established).
A kern manifest references a cubin here as

The runtime fetches it at load time into a content-addressed local cache and verifies the sha256 before loading — the transport is untrusted; the hash in the manifest is the identity. Names are just URLs; the registry is a dumb content store.

Each package carries a kernel.json with the typed interface, per-artifact
