legal-guide-lora — Iran→Türkiye Startup Legal Guide (LoRA adapter)

⚠️ STATUS: NOT TRAINED YET — placeholder card. No weights are published in this repo yet. This adapter is the third AI layer of the Startup Landing Platform; the training data and recipe already exist:

• Training recipe (Colab/GPU-ready, LoRA r=16, QLoRA-compatible): scripts/finetune_lora.py in the project repo Websites-by-AI/Istanbul-startup-from-iran

How to produce the adapter

pip install torch transformers peft trl datasets accelerate
python3 scripts/finetune_lora.py --push-repo sosa123454321/legal-guide-lora

(Colab T4/A100 or any CUDA box; base model defaults to Qwen/Qwen2.5-7B-Instruct.)

Intended use & safety

Grounded legal-orientation assistant for the Iran→Türkiye startup corridor (fa/en/tr). The adapter only shapes tone/format/disclaimer discipline — in production every answer is:

1. grounded with citations from the knowledge base (rag/retrieve.py),
2. passed through the safety layer (bot/safety.py): guarantee language is stripped, sensitive topics are escalated to a licensed professional (Turkish legal profession is regulated — TBB). No visa/residence/permit/kimlik outcome is ever promised.
