FlashVSR v1.1 for Natively Engine

MLX-compatible FlashVSR v1.1 checkpoint files plus the prepared fixed conditioning context. The model tensors retained from revision 89420cfede631cc3bb377df7daca38923cb76eb5 are unchanged by the auxiliary completion. Install the current Natively Engine catalog flashvsr entry; it maps weights to models/FlashVSR-v1.1/ and the context/config to the model root. Older manual setup remains supported.

context-provenance.json identifies the official pinned posi_prompt.pth, its SHA-256 and CPU-only export to context.npz (1×512×4096). dit_config.json is the matching Natively configuration. No private media, random test conditioning or platform-specific binaries are included. release-manifest.json records the release checksums and the exact comparison scope.

Upstream: FlashVSR v1.1 and OpenImagingLab/FlashVSR, Apache-2.0. Preserve LICENSE and upstream attribution. Conversion/integration: Shraey, Natively. Engine code is separately GPL-3.0-or-later.

The current TCDecoder path may produce fewer frames than its input; it is not a frame-count-preserving or live-video API. Hardware and quality acceptance belongs to the measured engine/runtime/settings, not every Mac or arbitrary input. Follow the engine's setup and validation documentation.
