NutriGuard: Food Classification and AI-Generated Image Detection
Overview
NutriGuard is an AI-based computer vision project designed to support food-image verification and digital food-content fraud detection.
This repository contains two independently trained ResNet-101 model checkpoints:
- A food-category classification model trained using the Food-101 dataset.
- A real-vs-AI-generated image classification model trained using the CIFAKE dataset.
The models are designed to work together in a sequential image-verification workflow.
