Customer Service Intent Model

Model Description

Intent classification model for customer service interactions. Handles:

• Intent Detection
• Topic Classification
• Sentiment Analysis

This is part of a dual-model approach:

1. This model (Intent/Topic/Sentiment)
2. Empathy model (available at raghavdw/cci-capstone-asapp-empathy)

Usage Example

from transformers import AutoModelForSequenceClassification, AutoTokenizer

# Load intent model
model = AutoModelForSequenceClassification.from_pretrained("raghavdw/cci-capstone-asapp")
tokenizer = AutoTokenizer.from_pretrained("raghavdw/cci-capstone-asapp")

# Process text
text = "I need help with my flight booking"
inputs = tokenizer(text, return_tensors="pt")
outputs = model(**inputs)
