Our research intends to address the challenges of sentiment analysis in the context of movie reviews, with an emphasis on the complexities that arise from storytelling style, sarcasm, and indirect expression of sentiment.Our objective is to construct sentiment analysis models that can effectively categorize movie reviews as either positive or negative, while considering the complexities of the narrative context. Due to its extensive applications, sentiment analysis is vital for understanding consumer and public sentiment, as well as for market research and product development. However, traditional approaches of sentiment analysis frequently encounter difficulties when confronted with the complications that are fundamental to narrative texts, including movie reviews. Sentiment analysis algorithms encounter difficulties when dealing with these texts because of their complex narrative components, oblique sentiment expressions, and tone fluctuations.
