Each XOR uses the standard OR + NAND + AND structure:
- OR: w=[1,1], b=-1 (magnitude 3)
- NAND: w=[-1,-1], b=1 (magnitude 3)
- AND: w=[1,1], b=-2 (magnitude 4)
