This repo carries the weight file plus the Modelfile that makes the model tool-callable and agent-complete out of the box: the deep logic routing/reasoning/delivery core, the full agent + tool contract (the CLI tool set, the MCP servers, the emit-the-call procedure law), and the entity's identity core.
