warmly-nmt-kobart-enko — EN→KO 댓글 번역 파인튜닝 (B안 파일럿 v1, 실패)
⚠️ 실패한 파일럿 산출물 — 사용 불가. "왜 안 되는가"의 실측 기록으로 보존합니다.
KoBART-base-v2 (124M)를 Warmly(온기)의 B안(0.8B 영어 댓글 + 소형 번역기) 트랙에서 EN→KO 번역기로 파인튜닝 시도한 모델입니다 (2026-07-14, 883쌍).
실패 진단
chrF 5.67 — 내용 무시 수준. KoBART는 한국어 전용 사전학습 모델이라 영어 입력의 의미를 883샘플로는 학습 불가. 같은 데이터로 다국어 사전학습 SMaLL-100은 chrF 24(내용 충실)를 달성 → en→ko 번역기는 다국어 사전학습이 전제 조건이라는 결론의 대조군.

SMaLL-100 파일럿(warmly-nmt-small100-enko) → NLLB-600M v2(warmly-nmt-nllb600-enko).
