POSSM · IBL BrainWideBench
Perceiver encoder over a recurrent backbone, pretrained on 423 IBL Neuropixels sessions across all eight behavior tasks at once. Backbone for behavior decoding (TS1) and, after per-recording calibration, brain-region decoding (TS3). 11.2M parameters in the backbone, plus a 145.4M unit embedding table.
