From the Hugging Face model README
This project identifies Brigatinib (Alunbrig), an FDA-approved ALK/EGFR inhibitor for non-small cell lung cancer, as a promising drug repurposing candidate for triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC). Using machine learning-based drug-target interaction prediction validated against the DepMap PRISM drug screening dataset, we demonstrate that Brigatinib exhibits superior TNBC sensitivity compared to all other FDA-approved EGFR inhibitors.
