Méthode
Pour chaque angle θ ∈ [0°, 180°] :
- Rotation des efforts → Nu(θ), Mu(θ)
- Ferraillage de la section (FFCR, bloc rectangulaire EC2 λ=0.8)
- Contrainte : u·Ax + v·Ay ≥ A(θ)
Optimisation LP (scipy HiGHS) pour minimiser Ax + Ay.
