joduor/aibiosecure-policy-embeddings
aibiosecure-policy-embeddings is a sentence similarity model from joduor. Use it when you need a score for how close two texts are. It is set up for sentence-transformers.
This is a sentence-transformers model finetuned from sentence-transformers/all-MiniLM-L6-v2. It maps sentences & paragraphs to a 384-dimensional dense vector space and can be used for retrieval.

First install the Sentence Transformers library:
pip install -U sentence-transformers
Then you can load this model and run inference.
from sentence_transformers import SentenceTransformer
# Download from the 🤗 Hub
model = SentenceTransformer("joduor/aibiosecure-policy-embeddings")
# Run inference
sentences = [

'Legal and regulatory requirements involving AI are understood, managed, and documented as part of organizational governance.',
'Suppliers of biological reagents and equipment shall be vetted for security risk, and orders for synthetic DNA shall be screened against sequences of concern.',
]
embeddings = model.encode(sentences)
print(embeddings.shape)
# [3, 384]
# Get the similarity scores for the embeddings
similarities = model.similarity(embeddings, embeddings)
print(similarities)
