[UNOFFICIAL]
This is the pretrained DeepFocus model that accompanies the manuscript "DeepFocus: Detection of out-of-focus regions in whole slide digital images using deep learning", published by Caglar Senaras et al in PLOS One (October 2018, DOI: https://doi.org/10.1371/journal.pone.0205387)
This model has been ported to Tensorflow 2 / Keras and uploaded to HuggingFace for easier sharing, but has not been verified by the original authors and is in no way affiliated with the original authors. The official pretrained model is available on the official GitHub repository (https://github.com/cialab/deepfocus). The modified, ported Tensorflow 2 models (not affiliated with the original authors) are available at https://github.com/jamesdolezal/deepfocus. The original training dataset is available at https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.1134848. The license as included in the original repository is GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 (AGPL-3.0).
