This is the pretrained RetCCL model that accompanies the manuscript "RetCCL: Clustering-Guided Contrastive Learning for Whole-Slide Image Retrieval", published by Xiyue Wang et al in Medical Image Analysis (January 2023, DOI: https://doi.org/10.1016/j.media.2022.102645)
This model has been uploaded to HuggingFace for easier sharing, but has not been verified by the original authors and is in no way affiliated with the original authors.
The official pretrained model is available on the official GitHub repository (https://github.com/Xiyue-Wang/RetCCL) and Google Drive (https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1AhstAFVqtTqxeS9WlBpU41BV08LYFUnL?usp=sharing). The license as included in the original repository is GPL-3.0.
