An transformed version of HuggingfaceTB's SmolLM-135M to Karpathy's llama2.c inference framework.

Modifications made:
- Huggingface format to llama2.c format
- INT8 quantization
- tokenizer.json (HF Tokenizers) to tokenizer.model (Google's Sentencepieces) to tokenizer.bin (llama2.c)
