Abstract
We present UTA (Unified Terminal Agent), a self-hosted Arabic code intelligence platform that provides six interaction surfaces—Terminal UI, Web GUI, CLI, Daemon, Desktop, and Telegram—unified under a single Python-based core agent loop. UTA is architected as a composable system of tool registries, plugin bridges, model backends, and service modules, designed specifically for Arabic-speaking developers.
