Pipeline:

- Packed completion SFT (quality)
- Leak-aware hinge on public post-2016 year/entity phrases
Official svd_gate vs 131: 0.01905 >= 0.01. Proxy leak.evaluate (NOT TEE): PASS, unknown 0/12, known 28/28, score -13.80. Quality: short factual completions (photosynthesis, Trump, Rio, 2016 Brexit). One known-set regression (WW2 year) vs SFT2.
