Intended use
This repository is the automatic distribution channel for cnot_qctrl.v42:
v42.load() downloads the checkpoint at a pinned revision when it is absent
from a checkout and verifies the SHA256 above against the tracked manifest
before use. It is not intended for standalone consumption; inputs, decoding,
and the exact-first verification contract are defined by the source repository.
