GAIA Agent — HF Agents Course, Unit 4

A smolagents CodeAgent for the course's GAIA level-1 evaluation.

Tools: DuckDuckGo web search, webpage reader, Wikipedia search, YouTube transcripts, Whisper audio transcription, Qwen2.5-VL image understanding, and Python (pandas/openpyxl) for attached spreadsheets and code files.

Model: Qwen/Qwen2.5-Coder-32B-Instruct through Hugging Face Inference (override with MODEL_ID).

Run with Claude (Pro/Max subscription)

Uses your plan's monthly Agent SDK credit - no API billing, and much stronger than the free tiers.

Answers are cached in answers_cache.json so an interrupted run resumes where it stopped. app.py is the Gradio version for running as a Hugging Face Space.
