bghira/anima-anyflow-e621-stage1-v2
anima-anyflow-e621-stage1-v2 is a text-to-image model from bghira. Use it when you need an image from a text prompt. It is set up for diffusers. The card lists the license as other.

ComfyUI support: SimpleTuner-io/ComfyUI-AnyFlow is the canonical AnyFlow ComfyUI integration and ships with a ready-made workflow for Anima few-step inference.
Second stage-1 (forward MeanFlow) run, designed against
stage1 v1: no caption dropout,
max_grad_norm 4.0, and lr 1e-4 from the start (NVIDIA Wan-1.3B-style warmup), with an
early-stop bar of matching v1's EMA quality at 20k steps. Same data (65,536-sample e621
subset), rank-128 LoRA, global batch 8.
What happened: from a 2,000-step-young adapter, lr 1e-4 collapsed the live weights by step 4,000 in three independent arms — clip 4.0 (v2), clip 1.0 (v2b), and clip 1.0 with caption dropout 0.1 restored (v2d) — exonerating clip and dropout. The surviving arm (v2c: clip 1.0, dropout 0, lr 6e-5) trained cleanly and reached the v1@20k EMA bar at step 10,000, where the run was stopped. Contrast with v1, which extended at 1e-4 stably from a 10k-matured adapter: young adapters are the fragile case, and stage-1 recipes should cap lr near 6e-5 on fresh inits.
checkpoint-10000/ema is the final artifact and the initialization for the stage-2 run
dmd-v5. Like all AnyFlow
forward-stage adapters, this checkpoint is not intended for direct inference — its
outputs are characteristically soft; use the stage-2 adapter's live weights instead.
This is a PEFT LoRA derived from circlestone-labs/Anima-Base-v1.0-Diffusers.
The main validation prompt used during training was:
masterpiece, best quality, score_7, safe, anime portrait of a young woman with blue hair wearing a white jacket, clean line art, detailed eyes, soft daylight

SimpleTuner generates a safetensors variant of the EMA weights and a pt file.
The safetensors file is intended to be used for inference, and the pt file is for continuing finetuning.
The EMA model may provide a more well-rounded result, but typically will feel undertrained compared to the full model as it is a running decayed average of the model weights.
