Broiler Feces Classifier
Poultry diseases can decimate poultry industry affecting a regional or national economy. Base on Ren et. al. (2020), there are 60 billion broilers raise annualy, but 4 billions chickens are wasted. With this, a study was conducted with a goal to develop a system where a poultry farmers can detect disease earlier. The model was trained from thousands of fecal images. The model gained 4% error rate during testing.
Dependencies
To use the model, install Python 2.10 and import Pytorch library.
