Surya Text-Line Detection — MLX

surya2_mlx.detection.
Changes from the original
Weights converted to MLX (NHWC) format. No fine-tuning. Architecture and source: https://github.com/datalab-to/surya (Apache-2.0 code; weights under datalab terms).
