Gen2Act dual H100 checkpoints
Private rolling checkpoint storage for the full-DROID H100 training runs.

Each latest.pt is atomically replaced whenever the corresponding training run saves a newer stable checkpoint. latest.json records the original local filename, byte size, mtime, and upload time. Previous revisions remain available in the repository commit history.
Automation lives in scripts/watch_checkpoints_to_huggingface.py and scripts/run_training_with_hf_checkpoint_upload.sh in the training codebase.
