Quick Start

2. Install dependencies
pip install -e ".[all]"
3. Configure environment
Create a .env file with your API keys:
TELEGRAM_BOT_TOKEN=your_telegram_bot_token
OPENAI_API_KEY=your_openai_key
4. Run the gateway
hermes gateway
