VetCopilot（兽医 AI 诊疗系统）后端代码包。

• 框架: FastAPI + SQLAlchemy + SQLite
• 核心: LCPS 2.0 五步临床推理引擎、FAISS 知识库检索、ASR（Whisper/讯飞）、SOAP 生成
• 模型仓库: vet-qwen3b-v3-dapt-q8_0

内容

• app/ — 后端源码（routers / services / models / schemas）
• alembic/ — 数据库迁移
• scripts/ — 辅助脚本
• ingest_baidu_articles.py — 百度网盘文献摄取脚本（知识库构建）
• requirements.txt — 依赖清单

已排除: venv、uploads/（知识库 PDF / FAISS 索引 / 音频）、数据库文件、.env（含密钥）。

启动

pip install -r requirements.txt
# 配置 .env（参考 .env.example）
uvicorn app.main:app --host 0.0.0.0 --port 8080

知识库构建：python ingest_baidu_articles.py（需百度网盘 token）；模型服务另需部署 vet-qwen3b-v3-dapt-q8_0.gguf（LCPS 引擎）。
