Model Details
This model is designed to extracte and formate information into predefined fields: title, description, category, service, customerPriority, priority, and requestType. The model was fine-tuned over four epochs for a text generation task using a T5 model. We utilized a batch size of 4 and an AdamW optimizer with a learning rate of 2e-5, with gradient accumulation steps set to 1.
Training Data
The model was trained on a balanced dataset of 1000 entries composed of anonymized customer service inquiries. https://github.com/amosproj/amos2023ws01-ticket-chat-ai/tree/main/Backend/app/model/train/test_data
Usage Example
The inqurie must start with "Translate this into Json:". Here's an example usage:
- "Translate this into Json: Hey, I'm David. I've encountered an issue with my company laptop's audio. There's no sound, and I've tried adjusting the volume settings, but it hasn't helped. It's affecting my ability to participate in virtual meetings. Can you please assist me in resolving this audio problem?"
