This is an unmodified copy of Google's gemma-3n-E2B-it-int4.litertlm from
google/gemma-3n-E2B-it-litert-lm,
hosted so the AccessEye apps (a free
offline scene narrator for blind and low-vision users, iOS and Android) can
download it on first launch.
