校務意見回饋中心（Flask + SQLite，自含前端頁面）

功能：

1) / 提交建議（身分/主題/標題/內容/優先度，可匿名）

2) /summary 每月彙整（預設顯示上個月，可切換年月）

3) /api/feedback JSON 提交（POST）

4) /api/summary JSON 彙整（GET）

5) /export.csv 匯出該月 CSV（可設 ADMIN_TOKEN）

使用：

pip install flask

python app.py

可選：設環境變數 ADMIN_TOKEN 用於匯出驗證，例如：

(Linux/Mac) export ADMIN_TOKEN=secret123

(Windows) set ADMIN_TOKEN=secret123
