PoC: Division by zero in llama.cpp GGUF parser
Minimal 67-byte GGUF file demonstrating CWE-369 (division by zero) in
gguf_init_from_file_impl() (ggml/src/gguf.cpp, line 681).
Tensor 'poc' has n_dims=2, ne[0]=1, ne[1]=0. The zero dimension passes the non-negative check at line 672 but triggers division by zero in the overflow check at lines 681-683.
