BAT Pretrained Model (eICU + MIMIC-III)
- This repository contains the PyTorch Lightning checkpoint for the
BAT_pretrainedmodel trained on the eICU and MIMIC-III datasets. All experiments were conducted using PyTorch 2.4.0+cu118 with Python 3.10.16
Model Files
model.ckpt: PyTorch Lightning checkpoint with the trained model weights.
Usage
1. Create a new virtual environment and activate it
python -m venv bat-env
source bat-env/bin/activate # On Linux or macOS
pip install -r https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Katja-Jagd/YAIB/development/requirements.txt
2. Clone the GitHub repository
git clone https://github.com/Katja-Jagd/YAIB.git
cd YAIB
3. Load the model checkpoint
from icu_benchmarks.models.dl_models.bat import SSL_BAT
