Talmud Punctuator Model D-Q
BEREL 3.0 fine-tuned on the current Sefaria William Davidson Edition. It predicts punctuation plus opening and closing quotation boundaries. Hebrew gershayim at word-token edges supply quotation supervision; internal gershayim remain part of abbreviations.

- Berakhot validation punctuation accuracy: 0.9297
- Berakhot opening/closing quote F1: 0.9076 / 0.8978
- Shabbat test punctuation accuracy: 0.9320
- Shabbat opening/closing quote F1: 0.8299 / 0.8299
Quotation supervision includes all Sefaria-marked quotations, not only Biblical quotations. Berakhot and Shabbat were excluded from training.
