Emily Olivia Laura Blunt, born on February 23, 1983, in London, England, is a British-American actress known for her versatile performances. She gained widespread recognition for her role in "The Devil Wears Prada" (2006) and has since starred in numerous acclaimed films, including "The Young Victoria" (2009), "Sicario" (2015), and "A Quiet Place" (2018), directed by her husband, John Krasinski. Blunt's portrayal of Katherine Oppenheimer in "Oppenheimer" (2023) earned her an Academy Award nomination for Best Supporting Actress.
