This repository contains a ViT-small model trained on the RxRx1 dataset for cellular image analysis, along with corresponding single-cell RNA sequencing data.

📁 Files

• model_state_dict.pth - Pre-trained Vision Transformer model weights based on WSL
• scrna_data.h5ad - Single-cell RNA sequencing data in AnnData format
